Platinum Plus Support *
The Platinum Plus Support Program provides an extensive array of support offerings to assist customers in managing and protecting their mission-critical messaging infrastructure. The Platinum Plus Support Program includes 24 X 7 access to Customer Support Engineers and the online Support Portal complete with its expansive knowledge base, the latest product documentation, release notes, tools, security alerts, and case management. The Platinum Plus Support Program provides the benefit of a one hour response time to Priority 1 issues.
The Platinum Plus Support Program offers maintenance and personalized account-based services. Each customer is assigned designated Customer Support Engineers who are familiar with the customer's implementation of the IronPort products as well as their key technical contacts, which provides a superior personalized support experience.
