401K
IronPort's 401K plan is offered through Nationwide Financial. Pre-tax dollars will be deducted out of your paycheck. Plan participants who are under age 50 may defer up to $14,000 for 2005 and $15,000 for 2006.
Flexible Spending
Employees are eligible for flexible spending. Pre-tax dollars are deducted from your paycheck. You can elect healthcare reimbursement up to a maximum of $3,000 annually and for dependent care reimbursement up to a maximum of $5,000 annually.
Medical - Blue Cross/Kaiser
Medical benefits are offered through Blue Cross and Kaiser.
California Blue Cross offers employees the choice of the HMO California Care Plan or the PPO Prudent Buyer Plan. Non-California Blue Cross offers all employees the choice of Blue Card EPO or Blue Card PPO.
The Kaiser HMO plan is available for California employees only.
Dental
Dental benefits are offered through Aetna Dental. Aetna Dental offers a choice of DHMO or PPO.
Vision
Vision benefits are administered through the Vision Service Plan (VSP).
Public Transportation
Ironport Systems reimburses the value of the monthly public transportation pass.
Employee Assistance Program
EAP is offered to all employees and their families. There is no cost to the employee. It is a Toll-Free 24x7 service, offering all types of services including financial consultation, child care consultation, elder care consultation, free legal assistance and other services.
LIFE/AD&D/STD/LTD - Reliance Standard Insurance
Reliance Standard Insurance is offered to all regular full-time employees at no cost. Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D) automatically covers employees at one times their annual earnings to a maximum of $250,000.
Vacation
Regular full-time employees are eligible to accrue up to three weeks (15 days) vacation per year from the date of hire.
Gym Access
All employees have free local gym access.
